Jamila Mohammed-Faniyi

Jamila Faniyi is the Managing Director of M&E Kaiser Limited and Executive Director at Construction Kaiser Limited, with over two decades of experience in civil and MEPF construction planning and delivery, rising from Planning Engineer to executive leadership on complex infrastructure and building projects. She holds a B.Sc. in Building from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, an M.Sc. in Construction Management from the University of Lagos, completed executive training at Harvard Business School and Lagos Business School, and is a member of the Project Management Institute, the Nigerian Institute of Building, and an EDGE Expert in sustainable construction. Beyond project delivery, Jamila is passionate about empowering young professionals to think beyond employment by building businesses, creating wealth, and shaping the future of the engineering and construction industry, and has won several awards, including Top 100 Nigerian Leading Women by Gender Perspective and Development and Top 21 Leading Women in Real Estate 2025 by Habitat Magazine.
