Prof. Dolapo Amole

Dolapo Amole is a Professor of Architecture at Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, and coordinator of the Executive Master's in Interior Design, with over 35 years of teaching experience and founder of Nigeria's first university-based Interior Design programme in 2019. Her work focuses on design education, curriculum development, and environment–behaviour research, including post-occupancy evaluation, housing studies, and gender in the built environment, with contributions at both departmental and national levels, including the National Universities Commission. She is widely published and a registered architect with the Architects Registration Council of Nigeria.
