Eileen (Kissi) Ninson

Eileen Oduraa Ninson is an award-winning, multifaceted leader who combines financial expertise with a strong commitment to social impact. A Fellow of ACCA, Chartered Tax Practitioner, and member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ghana, her experience spans industries including manufacturing, oil and gas, and architecture. She currently serves as Head of Finance at Sir David Adjaye & Associates Ltd., where she oversees projects across Africa and drives strategic growth and excellence. Eileen has also contributed to the profession as a Network Panel (Board) member of ACCA Ghana. Beyond her corporate role, she is the Founder of The Chayil Foundation, leading initiatives that empower widows and other vulnerable communities through sustainable development, education, and holistic support.
