Josephine Oshiafi

Josephine Oshiafi leads business development and investor relations at Amber Hospitality, an emerging African hospitality management brand that develops and manages hospitality businesses, provides advisory services and delivers customer service training. The brand is most well-known for its hotel management services with flagship properties Amber Residences Ikeja GRA and Hotel Presidential by Amber in Enugu. Josephine is responsible for developing new business opportunities with investors across all business lines and maintaining relationships with existing hotel owners. Prior to joining Amber, she was a successful corporate lawyer practicing for a decade at law firms in New York and Lagos. She was awarded the 40 under 40 ESQ Legal Award. Josephine is passionate about interior design, African artistry and high-quality delivery of hospitality services. She truly believes in the power of indigenous African brands to transform global lifestyles and thinking.
